In and out inno time without anappointment just make sure you get there early. Make sure you take the right documents driver licence, passport orbirth certificate for twic renewal nocash. Jacqueline was apolite and professional employee.

6times coming after getting the message ” your twic isready tobe picked up” and the system isdown…this isridiculous what awaste.... but the good new isthe system isok for charging 125$

I came tothis office for enrollment with myvalid change ofstatus (I-797A with I-94atthe bottom, TXdrivers license and apassport asrequested inmy confirmation email. However, the front desk officer onduty said Ican’t beenrolled with those documents till Ihave agreen card which isNOT True. Apparently, the officer was struggling toeven know what aform I-797Ais. She was saying something totally different from what the website says. This isappalling, and needs tobe addressed. Guess what?, Icalled the TWIC call center and the representatives that attended tome both said the documents were valid and donot know why the front desk officer isrequesting for agreen card. … – show

After reading some ofthe reviews Ihope for agood experience. Which Ireceived agreat experience. All the ladies were nice and polite. Ididn't have aappointment,went ona Friday at8:15, was done @9:30.. sonot thatbad. Thanks ToAll the Ladies working today.

I was helped byJacqueline Iwas awalkin. Well initially ihad anappointment scheduled but asked could Ibe seen atan earlier time. After standing inline the entire process didn't even take 30mins itwas quick brief and tothe point idky ppl are saying they had bad experiences maybe its the rep they see idk myrep helped meand had good customer service.

Now that I’ve received myTWIC card Ican finally post myreview onthis trash office. The staff here isdishonest, Icame here for mycard acouple weeks back, when Igot there they were short handed which isunderstandable. Itbecomes aproblem when the staff starts tofind any reason toturn people away because ofit. Iwas give abogus reason asto why Icouldn’t get myTWIC card and was told Ineeded togo tothe DPS toget some things changed onmy documents. Which didn’t make sense tomebecause Iused the same documents years back when Ihad first got myTWIC. SoI ended upleaving having todrive 30minutes toanother location for mycard, and when Igot there Iwas literally inand out less than 20minutes, with noissues with mydocuments. Ireceived myTWIC card yesterday. The staff onTurning Basin should beashamed for doing people like that. It’s not like wewant toget this card wehave todo itbecause it’s arequirement for usto make aliving. But the fact that the staff would make upreason toturn people away just because they’re understaffed and busy isjust flat out wrong.… – show
