I like this place because they were honest and took their time topin point the issue onour vehicle. What wethought was transmission issues was something else and they made sure that wepaid for what was actually wrong with itinstead ofwhat wethought was wrong withit. Saved usmoney. They are nice, polite, and made sure weunderstood everything. Iwould recommend them.

This was anightmare ofan experience. Had myautomobile for over ayear, Ispent thousands ofdollars just tobe told they can’t fix the issue. Iwould never recommend this business toanybody, not even for anoil change. Iwill taking then court torecoup the money I’ve lost rut tothis inconvenience.

Wedid fix your transmission many months ago and you haven't had any issues with the transmission since then. The electrical issue that you are currently experiencing iscompletely different and has noconnection with the transmission. Each time you brought your vehicle back, wehave run the codes and fixed the code issues. Unfortunately, these have seemingly become temporary fixes. Like wementioned, itseems the electrical problem could bethat some part ofyour electrical system isdeteriorating and causing additional issues. Wehave had adifficult time duplicating the some ofproblems that the vehicle has been brought infor, making iteven more difficult todiagnose andfix. Wehave not charged you for many ofthe hours oflabor that our team has put into troubleshooting ways tofix your vehicle. Thank you and have agoodday.… – show

Son inlaw took his car infor transmission repair 1yr 4mths later same thing took itback they charged him same amount asbefore 3000and fried his computer now won’t talk with usbecause wetook another Certified Mechanic inwith 40yrs experience todiscuss the issue all they could dowas run inthe back and hide wouldn’t even discuss the payment orgive usa iItemize bill sono solution was resolved Iguess wehave toget alawyer now

This customer has authorized each payment for the work that was done and never questioned about the work. Wealso repaired asolenoid free ofcharge, even though itwas out ofwarranty. Weare alwasy open tohaving aconversation with our customers ifthere are any issues, but when someone (not our customer) comes into our building swearing and yelling atus, wedo not engage. I'm not really satisfied with this company. When Iinitially called they offered totow myvehicle totheir shop which isless than amile away from, and said they would have ittowed shortly. Iwaited anhour and called back tosee ifI could get arough time frame. They said the driver had another tow and would bethere shortly.
Once mycar was atthe shop ittook aweek for them toactually look atit. Iperiodically checked into see when myvehicle would belooked atthey kept saying itwa
s next tobe lookedat. Iunderstand itcan take some time tolook ata vehicle.Once mycar was actually inthe shop they continously played guessing games with mycar which Iwas chargedfor. Initially they thought itwas the fuel pump and injectors, then they weren't sure because they could get itto start but not accelerate. Then they decided toplay more guessing games and came tothe idea mytiming chain broke and that Iwould need toreplace that, after that they finally concluded the engine was damaged from apiston and Iwould need anew engine and itwould cost upward to8-9k. SoI concluded just tohave myvehicle towed back tomy place. They left the new fuel pump onand left the engine asis and charged me1300for parts and labor. Ifelt Ishould have been charged asmuch for ashop that was playing guessing games with myvehicle. Wouldn't recommend.

Inaddition, when avehicle has been totwo repair shops prior tocoming toours, itmakes the challenge offinding the problem even greater.
