  The the mechanic apprentice does all the work They just told mesomething was wrong and when Ibrought itback then they said something else iswrong and when Icalled him out hesaid hedidn’t know because hedidn’t dothe work

  I took mycar there for atransmission swap bythe time Iwhen topick upthe car the car was crashed onthe driver side fender Suaso who was the mechanic who was fixing the car said that the car was like that when Itook there and Itwas myword again his word soif you are going totake your car there make sure you take pictures because they won't let you see the cameras

  It was abit out iftge way but myfamily car required special diagnostics and part replacement. The job toke anhour but itwould've been 5if they had check tomake sure they add every thing now wehave togo back next week for apiece tobe delivered sothey can fix the problem.

  To anyone who isreading this post. Iam retired service member. Ihave traveled all over the world. Byfar this has tobe the worst service that has ever been rendered tome. Ipaid $4000, for service tobe done onmy transliteration and mycar has been returned 4times, because the problem has not been addressed bythis transmission place. Currently myvehicle istherenow, and has been there for amonthnow. The owner Padrow has made alot ofpromises, that isall lies. Idiscourage anyone totale their car tothis transmission place.… – show

  They did fix mytransmission, but they pack the cars inso tightly into the parking lot that Igot mycar back with abig chip inthe paint that wasn't there before. They fixed the actual transmission, but didn't fix the transmission fluid leak that was causing the transmission problem inthe first place soover time the same problem would come back.

  My experience with this place has been terrible. Ipaid $3600for them torepair mytransmission and Ihad tobring itback 4times and counting. Istill have the same original issue but now mycheck engine light ison. IfI could doit over again Iwould have gone somewhere else definitely. Itseems like they just tried toquick fix itjust toget paid. I'm taking time off ofwork just tohave them “fix it” again. Run from here…

  Horrible never goto this place for anything. Itook a99volvo S80 with aslipping transmission. They rebuilt the transmission at$2,800which was competitive. Though when Irecieved the car back the steering wheel was crooked when driving straight down the road. The steering telescope function nolonger worked. There was grease everywhere inside thecar. The car went inwith nodash lights onwhen Igot itback theABS, AIRBAGSRS, and CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. WE'RE ALLON. This isjust the beginning. Had totake the car back itthrew atransmission service urgent onthe dash readout, they had totake itbackout. Iwill say they were trying torectify the issue. But the main problem isthe fact that from beginning toend ittook almost 5MONTHS THAT'S RIGHT 5MONTHS. Car still isn't right its hard tostart among other issues that weren't there when itwas broughtin. They also preformed services that weren't agreed upon before doing the work anyways. replacing CVaxles was the main one which Ihad replaced just before they recieved thecar. Ihad just put 800dollars worth ofOEM volvo axle parts. Iwill say this they did try tofix the issues but 5months isentirely too long towait for avehicle tobe repaired. Long story short never never will Igo here again.… – show

  Firstoff, Iwant tosay how happy and overly pleased Iam. Ipurchased aused vehicle afew months ago and ithad soooo many issues. Idecided totake mycar toMr. Transmission. Although itwasn't atransmission issue, they were able toinspect the car and fix each and every issue and concern Ihad. Imustadd, Idrove from far away just tocome tothis location because mybrother recommended ittome. Many other mechanics were telling medifferent things were wrong with mycar. Here, Pedro was able todiagnose and review with meall the repairs that needed tobe done. Inow amdriving mycar and sooverly satisfied with their work!   I brought mycar inon 9/4/21for transmission service, Icalled every week and never had aanswer towhat itwould cost. Soon the 22of September, Myhusband got aspeeding ticket and hewas four hours away from Lawrenceville, soI calledMr. Transmission and they had noidea that one ofthe employees was using mycar for personal uses, Itwas dirty, like mycar had been ina field and mygranddaughter Nike slides was missing. Hehad been driving like 45miles. Please don’t take your car tothis place. Itneed toclose orpeople need toprotest that business. Iwas sodisappointed inthe manager.… – show

  I left mytruck there tosee why my“miles left before empty” gauge isgoing down 20miles in2minutes when Ibarely moved.8:45amthe next day Icalled and Jon said they’re “looking atrightnow.” Another hour goes bythey’re still “looking atit.” Ifinally get there at12:00and the guy who was “looking atit” just walked inthe door and told mehe was sick but just got tothe shop.

  My car was their approximately 2months,
  My bill was over $3,000.00.
  Couldn't affordit. Igot antitle lone toget mycarout.
  When Iwent toget mycar, ” TOMY SURPRISE!!! myvehicle was towed toan undisclosed location,and myvehicle was NOT onthe property.
  Moreover, John said that's how they dobusiness ifyou don't get your vehicle out within their timeframe dueto the limited space attheir established.
  So, Your not going tobelieve this......
  The nextday, they had myvehicle atthe establishment. Ineeded mytitle tocomplete the loan. Looked inthe glove compartment. “No Title ”.So, Ihad togo tothe Department ofRevenue toget acopy ofmy title. Well, well,well....TO MYSURPRISE!!!!! the owner ofMr Transmission officially filed aAbandonment Lean against myvehicle.
  Therefore, Iwas not able toget acopy ofmy title until the abandonment isremoved from the Tag and Title Revenue Office.
  John,, isnot the owner, he's only isthe Nice soft spoken guy with the good old country twine, that's has noidea what the owner isupto.

  John isa great guy and very friendly and professional, ararity inthe auto repair business (or any business, for that matter, these days). Several years ago herepaired the transmission inmy Buick, still going strong, and today Itook him myJeep which mywife said was having problems. Wehad previously taken itto the dealership and they wanted $1700toreplace parts that didn't need replacing— John checked itout completely and wouldn't even let mepay him for doingso. Iwill definitely take mycars tohim for transmission work inthe future. Thanks, John!… – show
