  FREE DIAGNOSTIC

  I TOOK MY TRUCK TO MIKE MAY TO GET AN ESTIMATE, FREE DIAGNOSTIC AND A FEW DAYS LATER MY TRUCK WAS REPAIRED TO MY SURPRISE AND WITHOUT MY CONSENT. NEEDLES TO SAY, I WAS VERY ANGRY AND UPSET. I CALLED MIKE MAY SEVERAL TIMES TO TRY AND SPEAK WITH HIM ABOUT THESE REPAIRS BUT COULD'NT GET HIM ON THE PHONE. AFTER SEVERAL CALLS AND ONLY GETTING HIS SECRETARY, I JUST STOPPED CALLING. MIKE MAY THEN STARTED TO RETURN MY CALLS EVERY HOUR ON THE HOUR, SO AFTER I FINALLY SPOKE TO HIM, HE TRIED TO INSULT MY INTELLIGENCE BY STATING THAT I HAD AUTHORIZED THE REPAIRS OVER THE PHONE AND THAT HE HAD THE CONVERSATION RECORDED. AFTER GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH HIM OVER THE PHONE I JUST DECIDED TO HANG UP AND CALL THE POLICE. THE POLICE MET ME THERE AND I EXPLAINED TO THEM WHAT HAPPENED SO THEY WENT IN AND TALKED TO MIKE AND HE DENIED EVERYTHING AND POLICE CAME BACK OUT AND TOLD ME THAT I WAS "S.O.L." IN SO MANY WORDS AND THEN RECOMMENDED THAT I GET AN ATTORNEY. I'M STILL PURSUING THIS SITUATION.

  Transmission Repair

  I took my car in for transmission repair and Mike was more than kind. He took me back and showed me exactly what was wrong with my car and gave me a price that was much less than I expected to repair it. Brandon was courteous enough to give me a ride home and to pick me up that Friday to get my car when it was ready. Overall I cant find anything negative to say about this company. I am glad I gave them a chance to fix my car before reading the other comments. I will refer customers to them and will bring my car back for my FREE three years worth of oil changes that came with my repair.

  I was having a problem with my Explorer going really hard into reverse. I called another place and they said to bring it in, but coudn't really give any idea of what the cost may be. I called Mr. Transmission and spoke with Mike who went into alot of detail about my vehicle and the problems that occur with these SUV's. We spoke for at least a half an hour and he told me that no matter WHAT was wrong with my Explorer he guaranteed that the cost would not go over $1500.00! They towed my car so I wouldnt do any more damage to the transmission and then called me saying my car would cost $1271.00. I couldn't ask for better!!! When I thanked Mike I told him I was going to tell people about his business so thats what I am doing! A very satisfied customer!!BamaGirl!

  My Subaru was jerking and knocking so I took it to Mr. Transmission. Brandon, the redhead manager, hooked it up to a machine to tell me what was wrong with it. He said it needed a new knock sensor. I don't know the name of the guy in the shop, but he is a fantastic mechanic! He came out after he had tore down my car and said that the knocking was indeed from the knock sensor, but the jerking was because of the dogbone mount. He even explained what all the mechanic jargon meant. Super nice!It took a few days to get the parts in, and as soon as they got in my car was fixed and I was back on the road. I don't know about transmissions, but my car is running smooth now! And they only charged for the parts and an extremely reasonable labor: $574!!
